What do I do to get this started?
If you have not applied yet, click "Apply Online" and we will let you know if we can help you. If you have already applied and have received your results, it explains what you need to do to get started.

If you have already received your results and wish to make a payment, you can pay by credit card or debit card by clicking "Make Payment". Once we receive payment, your lender information will be available immediately and we will also email your lender information to you.

Other payment methods are Money Order, Certified Check, Western Union Quick Collect, or Personal Check.

Western Union Quick Collect: You can also pay by Western Union quick collect. You have 15 days to take advantage of the early bird special. Western Union charges about $13.00 to make a Quick Collect payment to us, so it would cost our fee plus about $13.00 to pay by Western Union Quick Collect. Go to any Western Union office or any retailer that offers Western Union services, usually check cashing places or supermarkets, and follow these instructions:

#1) Use the blue form (quick collect) which is at the western union office.

#2) On the blue form, complete the following sections:

a) Pay to = Custom Credit Services
b) Code City = Dante
c) Code State = New York or NY
d) Account# = Your Client ID# or your email address

Once we receive payment, we will email your lender information to you immediately upon processing.

 

Money Order, Certified Check, or Personal Check: If you are paying by mail, you have 15 days to take advantage of the early bird special. Make sure you include proper payment, preferably by money order or certified check. Make it payable to "Custom Credit Services" and send it to:

Once we receive payment, we will email your lender information to you immediately upon processing. Personal checks take 15 days to clear, no exceptions.

 

How long does the process take?
Once we receive your payment, we will email the lender information to you immediately. The fastest payment methods are: credit or debit card , western union, money order or certified check. Personal checks take 15 days to clear.

Lenders are usually able to provide funding within a day or two. Lines of credit may take a bit longer.

Is this service guaranteed?
The professionals at Custom Credit Services have been helping people get personal loans and lines of credit since 1998. Our service has been provided to literally THOUSANDS of clients every year. We are incorporated in the State of New York and we are a member of the United States Chamber of Commerce.

If you apply to the lenders for a personal loan or line of credit, you will be approved for up to the amount you request or we will reimburse your fee based on the amount you are actually approved for collectively from the lenders. Further details are outlined in your results (before you pay). We have done our research, constantly updating our lender database and we are confident that we can help you. However, if a client is due a refund, we will send it to them right away. We are trying to get information in people's hands so that they can be helped. Do I need a co-signer or collateral?
No co-signers, home ownership or collateral are necessary as far as our guarantee is concerned. Our guarantee is based on you, and you alone.

What will my interest rate be?
Personal loans usually have fixed rates that do not change throughout the life of a loan. Custom Credit has yet to encounter a personal loan that has a variable interest rate or that has pre-payment penalties. Interest rates on credit lines or credit cards can change at any time. As far as details are concerned about amounts approved and interest rates offered, in the end, it is between you and the lenders. It is completely up to you whether or not you wish to accept a lender's offer. Personal loans usually last from 1-5 years and sometimes 6-7 depending on the lender's flexibility.

Are there any more fees other than the one-time referral fee?
Custom Credit Services only charges a one-time processing fee for our services. "Personal loan" lenders do not typically charge application fees. Lines of Credit lenders are different and SOMETIMES charge fees. These fees typically come off the top of the Line of Credit but you should double check with your lender to make sure you understand the terms of the line of credit.
